Carolina Duque transitioned from a 15-year career in corporate management to health coaching, driven by her own battle with anxiety and a deep-seated desire to aid others. Originally from Colombia and now based in Toronto, Canada, Carolina's journey through personal healing uncovered her purpose: guiding women to overcome anxiety and exhaustion. My Story

Are you feeling trapped by anxiety?


For me, It began subtly in 2015, in Bogotá, Colombia. Despite having what many would consider a perfect life—great job, stable relationship, and the means to enjoy luxuries—I was not happy. I lived with unexplained mood swings and irritability. In 2018, during a career crisis that escalated my stress to unbearable levels, I found myself losing sleep and feeling utterly disconnected from my work and myself. The opportunity to move to Brazil seemed like a fresh start, but it only deepened my anxiety, transforming it into an intense fear of catastrophe that followed me everywhere.

Despite starting therapy in 2019, my journey was fraught with trials. I tried everything from strict diets to holistic practices, swinging between various extremes trying to find a balance that seemed perpetually out of reach. Each method brought temporary relief but deepened my despair as they failed to provide lasting peace. I became obsessed with controlling every aspect of my life, from my diet to my routines, which only fueled my anxiety further.

The true turning point came when I embraced the complexity of my situation. I realized that healing wasn't about finding a quick fix or adhering to rigid dietary rules. Instead, it involved a deep, holistic understanding of health that encompassed not only physical but also emotional and spiritual well-being. I joined the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2021, which opened my eyes further to the interconnectedness of lifestyle, nutrition, and mental health. True transformation and healing requires all of it.

Through this comprehensive approach, I also learned the importance of community and open communication. Sharing my struggles with close friends and family brought unexpected support that was crucial in my healing process. This new foundation allowed me to slowly rebuild my life, focusing on self-acceptance and learning to manage my emotions without judgment. Meditation and regular therapy became my anchors, helping me to navigate my thoughts and fears without being overwhelmed by them. I began to experience days filled with genuine joy and stability. My relationships improved, my energy returned, and today, I live a life marked by emotional stability, vibrant energy, and profound fulfillment!

I am now on a mission to help others (especially other Latina women) struggling with debilitating anxiety and exhaustion like I was, to regain their energy, and balance their moods, so they can restore their self-confidence and feel fulfilled in every aspect of their life.
